# About Deckr

## Mission

Deckr exists to give businesses access to the same quality of loan preparation that large companies take for granted — without requiring a dedicated finance team, an investment banker, or weeks of manual work.

## The problem

Commercial financing decisions are made on the quality of the package, not just the numbers. Most small and mid-sized businesses don't have the expertise to prepare a credit memo, structure a deal, or anticipate what a lender's underwriting team will scrutinize. Deckr closes that gap.

## The platform

Deckr is a multi-agent AI platform built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate. It combines:
