Mission

Deckr exists to give businesses access to the same quality of loan preparation that large companies take for granted — without requiring a dedicated finance team, an investment banker, or weeks of manual work.

The problem

Commercial financing decisions are made on the quality of the package, not just the numbers. Most small and mid-sized businesses don’t have the expertise to prepare a credit memo, structure a deal, or anticipate what a lender’s underwriting team will scrutinize. Deckr closes that gap.

Deckr is a multi-agent AI platform built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate. It combines:

  • Domain expertise — 11 specialized agents trained on commercial banking methodology
  • Regulatory governance — Policy Agent with a vector-indexed regulatory knowledge base
  • Professional output — lender-ready credit memo and deal sheet
